Referendum on voting system
A Bill is before Parliament on holding a referendum on changing the UK voting system. We have a role in running referendums and commenting on the question.
New powers and sanctions
We are preparing to make use of new enforcement powers and flexible sanctions relating to party and election finances. We have published a number of documents to inform debate in Parliament on this subject.
