** The Northern Ireland Assembly elections are currently scheduled to take place in May 2015. However as part of its consultation on ‘Measures to improve the operation of the Northern Ireland Assembly’ the UK government sought views on combining the Assembly election with the UK Parliamentary election in 2015 or moving it to 2016. We will update this page as soon as any changes are confirmed.
