Prior to an election the Electoral Commission publishes information for candidates for that election. This information can be downloaded from our candidates and agents page or sent in out in hard copy upon request. We have also produced a number of factsheets for candidates standing in different types of elections, which give an overview of information including qualifications and amount of deposit required.
