One of our key aims is to promote the integrity and transparency of party and election finance. In order to help individuals and organisations meet their responsibilities under the law, we provide detailed guidance for those we regulate, as well as forms for submitting statutory information.
Guidance and forms are available for:
- political parties
- candidates and agents
- regulated donees, such as certain holders of elected office, members of political parties and groups mainly comprising party members
- third parties and permitted participants in a referendum
In addition you can read about how we have recently improved the way we give advice.
