Who are regulated donees?
Regulated donees are:
- holders of relevant elective office (see below)
- members of registered political parties, including prospective candidates
- members associations
The relevant elective offices are:
- Members of the UK Parliament
- Members of the European Parliament representing the UK
- Members of the Scottish Parliament
- Members of the National Assembly for Wales
- Members of the Northern Ireland Assembly
- Members of any local authority in the UK (excluding parish or community councils), including the London Assembly
- Mayor of London and any other elected Mayor
Members associations are organisations wholly or mainly made up of members of a political party, other than political parties.

Donation and loan reporting by regulated donees

- report of an accepted donation to a regulated donee in Great Britain only form and guidance RD1A (PDF)

- report of a donation not accepted by a regulated donee in Great Britain only form RD1B (XLS) and guidance notes for RD1B (PDF)
