Canvass form

The Form of Canvass (England & Wales) Regulations were approved in the Commons on Monday 26 June 2006 and the equivalent Scotland Regulations on 6 July 2006.

The prescribed form takes into account suggestions, comments and feedback from individual Electoral Registration Officers, the AEA, the SAA, suppliers, the Electoral Commission and others.

The Ministry of Justice and Scotland Office can also supply the new forms in a number of other formats, including:

  • High Resolution PDF (produced using Acrobat 7 Professional)
  • EPS
  • TIF
