15 June 2011: Commission Chair – speech to the Constitution Unit

Jenny Watson, Chair of the Electoral Commission and Chief Counting Officer at the recent referendums on the Parliamentary Voting System and the powers of the Welsh Assembly has today given a speech to the Constitution Unit reflecting on the referendum experience and setting out suggestions to ensure voters get a consistent and high quality service at elections.
