About regulated donees
Regulated donees are:
- holders of relevant elective office
- members of registered political parties
- members associations
There are controls on what donations regulated donees can accept and the loans they can enter into in connection with their political activities. One of our roles as a regulator is to ensure that regulated donees follow the rules and we provide guidance to help them to comply with the rules.
