Party finance analysis

As the regulator of political parties' finance, our role is to foster integrity and transparency of party and election finance.

In this section, you will find analysis of the statutory information provided by political parties and contained in our registers.

We aim to make information on party finance more accessible, intelligible and searchable and work proactively to encourage greater scrutiny of the information.

UK general election: campaign expenditure

On 2 September 2010 we published campaign expenditure of political parties (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) and third parties that spent up to £250,000 at the 2010 UK general election campaign.

Quarter 2 2010

On 23 August 2010 we published information on the donations received and borrowing by political parties during April to June (Quarter 2 2010).
