Performance standards for Electoral Registration Officers (EROs)
Our performance standards for Electoral Registration Officers (PDF) were published in July 2008 and are to be reported against by EROs in January 2009. We have also made available performance standards for Electoral Registration Officers - Welsh version (PDF).
The self-assessment form (XLS) and guidance (PDF), to enable EROs to assess themselves against the standards are available to be downloaded. EROs are asked to complete the form and return to their relevant Devolved or English office by 16 January 2009.
