About Freedom of Information

Your right to information
Anyone can request information from us. There are no restrictions on age, nationality or where you live. Your request may be handled under different regulations depending on the kind of information that you ask for, such as the:
- Data Protection Act 2018 if you ask for information an organisation holds about you, your personal data
- Environmental Information Regulations if you ask for environmental information
