We’re a community of people who are passionate about democracy. Making elections free and fair is at the heart of everything we do, and our teams reflect the variety of our work.

We have four directorates which focus on different areas of our work. This ranges from the guidance we create to support electoral administrators to run elections, to registering political parties and regulating political finance, to running national public awareness campaigns, to helping young people learn about democracy.

Our core business services are split between these directorates and are vital to supporting our work.
