Last review notice pending removal in the event of non-response
Where you have sent both a first and second review notice to an elector and you have not received a response within a reasonable time from the date of the second notice, you must send the person a last review notice pending removal.1
This notification must be a letter delivered to the person’s address with a pre-addressed, pre-paid reply envelope included.2
Confirmation that if the registration officer has not received the information requested within 14 days of the notice being issued
the ERO may remove the person’s entry from the register5
there would be no right of appeal against the registration officer’s decision in these circumstances6
Where you have issued a last review notice pending removal and you have not previously made a personal contact attempt, you must attempt a personal contact with the elector within 7 days of the issue date of the notice.7
