Where an elector has responded to a first or second review notice or last review notice pending removal with the information that you have requested, and you have determined that they do not meet the new eligibility criteria, you must send them a Confirmation of Forthcoming Removal.1
Where you have not received all the necessary information, or where you have received a response but you are unsure if the elector meets the new eligibility criteria, you have the power to request further information in order to make a determination.2
Where you have not received a response from an elector you must ensure that you have sent them the last review notice pending removal and fulfilled the requirement to make personal contact before you can make a determination as to their ineligibility.3
