Voting by post

The deadline to apply for a postal vote for the elections taking place on Thursday 01 May 2025 was Monday 14 April 2025. You can apply for a postal vote in future elections.

If you have a postal vote

  • If you already have a postal vote or successfully apply by Friday 28 March 2025, your pack will be sent from Thursday 10 April 2025.
  • If you apply after Friday 28 March 2025 up to 5pm on Monday 14 April 2025, your pack will be sent from Tuesday 22 April 2025.

You can contact your local council if you have not received your postal voting pack. Replacement packs can only be issued from Friday 25 April 2025 until 5pm on Thursday 01 May 2025.
