To complement our voter registration campaign, we have produced resources that local authorities and civil society partners can use to promote voter registration ahead of the 1 May 2025 local elections in England.
These include resources showcasing representatives of groups we know are less likely to be registered and who face other barriers to voting such as the voter ID requirement. These groups include people experiencing homelessness, people with learning disabilities, Muslim women and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities. These resources have been created with support from partners Shelter, United Response, Brighton and Hove Muslim Forum, and Friends, Families and Travellers.
