Overview

Our Remuneration and HR Committee supports the commission board and accounting officer in decisions about:

  • significant changes to staff terms and conditions
  • the salary policy of our Chief Executive
  • the remit for negotiating the annual staff pay award
  • the fee for the independent advisor of the Audit Committee

It also gives advice on whether the organisational development and HR matters support the strategic direction.

The committee is made up of three commissioners, and meets at least twice a year.
