The spending limit for the regulated period is £3,040, plus 8p per registered elector in the local authority area in which you are standing.1
Your local electoral registration officer will be able to give you the number of registered electors in the local authority in which you are standing.
Example
For example, if there are 800,000 electors in the local authority area, the spending limit is:
£3,040 + (800,000 x 0.08) = £67,040
