  • what they’ve spent on their campaign after an election or referendum
  • donations they’ve been given and loans they’ve entered into
  • their annual accounts

Candidates must also submit spending returns after major contests, such as UK Parliamentary general elections.

The rules for publishing this information are different in Northern Ireland. At the moment, the legislation doesn’t allow us to publish any information about donations and loans from before 1 July 2017.
