if you are currently subject to any of the following:
an interim bankruptcy restrictions order
a bankruptcy restrictions order
an interim debt relief restrictions order
a debt relief restrictions order
made by a court in England or Wales. If the order was made in Northern Ireland, you should take your own legal advice since the law is complex in this area.
