You can revoke the appointment of your election agent at any time, including after polling day, and a new appointment can be made in the same manner as outlined in appointing an election agent.1
If you revoke your election agent’s appointment and do not appoint anyone else, you will be deemed to be your own election agent.
If you are acting as your own agent, you can revoke your own appointment and appoint someone else as your agent.
Once an agent has accepted their appointment, they cannot resign and must fulfil the duties required of them unless you revoke their appointment.
