Guidance for Candidates and Agents at UK Parliamentary general elections in Northern Ireland

There are two types of constituency: borough and county. There are 4 borough constituencies in Northern Ireland (all of the Belfast constituencies). The other 14 are county constituencies. 

Campaign spending limits are different depending on whether you are standing in a borough or county. This is covered in detail in How much can you spend?

If you do not know which type of constituency you are standing in, you can obtain this information from the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland.
