Challenging the result on the grounds of disqualification

Any person may apply to the High Court for a declaration that an Assembly Member or the Mayor of London is, or at any time since being elected has been, disqualified from being an Assembly Member or Mayor (as appropriate).1

Any person who is considering applying for a judicial declaration of disqualification should be advised to take their own legal advice.
