This guidance is for non-party campaigners who are campaigning locally at Senedd by-elections on or before 6 May 2026.
Under the National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2007, non-party campaigners must follow rules about how much they can spend on campaign activities in the run up to certain elections.
