You will need the resource to:

• process any new registrations resulting from the write-out 
• conduct registration reviews or seek a second piece of evidence where required to delete electors who are no longer resident at a particular address
• deal with any enquiries from electors as a consequence of the letter

You will also need to decide on the practical arrangements for carrying out the activity and what the cost and additional resource implications will be.
