Electoral Commissioners' register of declared interests 2025-26

Our Commissioners must operate free from any actual, potential or perceived improper influence in order to maintain public confidence. Commissioners are expected to draw on their experience and expertise but must disclose relevant interests so that conflicts can be identified, recorded and managed transparently.

They are required to declare all interests that may cause a conflict in their role on appointment and to update declarations when circumstances change. Outlined on this page are the relevant interests declared by Commissioners in the financial year 2025-26. This page is updated throughout the year when there are material changes to the declarations of Commissioners.

We also maintain a register of relevant gifts and hospitality that our Commissioners have been offered or received.
