Partnership with Convo

We’re partnered with interpreting service Convo, so people can contact us using British Sign Language (BSL).

Use the Convo Now App

If you're a BSL user, you can now use the Convo Now app to contact us directly.

When you call, you will be connected to a qualified BSL interpreter who will relay the call between you and a member of staff.

How to use Convo Now

To use the service, you need a device with the webcam and sound enabled. You can use it on:

  • an Android or Apple smartphone or tablet
  • or a laptop/desktop computer

To use SignLive on a tablet or phone, visit the App Store or Google Play store and search "Convo Now".

Download the app, open it and complete the one-time registration.

Once you've registered and logged in you can call us by clicking on our logo in the community directory and tapping call.

To use Convo on a laptop or desktop, visit https://now.convo.io/UserWebApp/, register, log in and you're ready to go.

You will also be given your own extension number which will allow us to call you back and leave a Videomail if needed.
