It is your responsibility to ensure that your nomination form, the home address form and the consent to nomination including the statement of party membership, are delivered to the Returning Officer (RO) by 4pm, 19 working days before the poll.1
The RO will have arrangements in place that will allow you to deliver your nomination papers electronically. An email address or an online portal will be provided specifically for the purpose of electronic delivery of nomination papers. Only you or your agent (if your agent’s name and address has been previously given to the RO) may deliver your nomination papers.
