Welcome to Your Vote Week

Thank you to everyone for taking part in Welcome to Your Vote Week 2024.

We had more organisations sign up from across the UK than ever before. More than 400 organisations signed up to take part and we saw great activities taking place across the country, from talks with local councillors, to a youth event in Stormont, to creative school lessons. 

Our youth voice champions from across the UK helped choose our theme for the week - 'Your Voice Matters' – celebrating that everyone can make an impact in society.

The next Welcome to Your Vote Week will take place in early 2025.

We’ll be working with our youth voice partners to decide a theme for 2025. We will announce more details over the coming months.

You don't need to wait until the next Welcome to Your Vote Week to get started with democratic education. We encourage democracy education for young people to take place all year-round.
