Sarah, Manager

Working in a devolved office at the Commission has enabled me to gain a well-rounded view of all parts of our democratic processes and make a real difference in ensuring that as many people as possible are able to engage in our democracy. As a working parent, the flexible working arrangements which the Commission provides enabled me to take opportunities to develop my career while still being able to flex around the changing needs of my family.
