Non-party campaigners: Scottish Parliamentary elections

Registered non-party campaigners can spend up to £75,800 in Scotland during the regulated period on regulated campaign activities.1

If you are eligible to register, you can spend up to £10,000 in Scotland during the regulated period before registering.2

If you are not eligible to register, you can only spend up to £700 on regulated campaign activities in Scotland during the regulated period.3
