You should check the number of signatures for proxy voters that will be subject to the refresh process in each year. The age of the signature is calculated based on the latest signature provided and your EMS system should be able to run a report to identify these for you.
You should ensure that template notices are ready to send to electors to obtain refreshed signatures, and to notify any electors whose absent vote you have cancelled because they did not provide a fresh signature.
